Social Technologists Empowering People (STEP) Foundation is a registered Section 8 company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, it is more than an NGO—it’s a movement to transform India from the ground up. Founded by highly qualified IT and core engineering professionals working in top global companies, STEP is powered by the belief that technology, knowledge, and collective action can change lives.
We are engineers, problem-solvers, and dreamers who have swapped corporate comfort for community challenges. We don’t just talk about change—we build it, measure it, and make it last. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: every citizen informed, every village empowered, every community self-reliant.
